Science and Math in Storytimes
Math and science concepts, including content and process thinking, are keys to children’s comprehension of their world and later learning in school.
Through this workshop participants will become familiar with foundational concepts of math and science for young children, how to find those elements in picture books, share factual books for young children and incorporate them into a joyful and engaging storytime.
